You Need to Go to Target on Sunday — Here’s Why — Shopping
Whatever your plans are for Sunday (as in, two days from now, December 3), if they don't involve a trip to Target, you need to make adjustments. Or at least work in a quick visit to Target's website between brunch and all your other engagements.
Why? As part of the store's ongoing Weekend Deals, something that historically never goes on sale will be on sale.
Gift cards! Sunday will be the only day in the entire year that Target offers discounts on gift cards! You can get 10 percent off Target gift card purchases (valid for up to $300 in Target GiftCard purchases) in stores and online. That means you can get a $100 gift card for just $90. Or a $300 one for $270. You get how math works.
Again, this is the only day in all of 2017 that gift cards will be on sale, so it's kind of a no-brainer. You can get a gift card for a loved one who's hard to shop for (she won't have to know that you didn't pay the full face value for it!), or stock up on gift cards for yourself. Then, when you go to use them, it'll be like you're getting 10 percent off on top of whatever amazing deal you've already found! It's basically free money — we can't imagine passing this up.
The hardest thing you'll have to figure out? Which cards to get! There are nine new designs including a LEGO-inspired Bullseye (of course!) and a scratch-n-sniff gingerbread train. We're partial to the one featuring Target's iconic pup because, well, dogs.
