As someone who is very much a minimalist, I firmly believe the best recipes are the ones with the least amount of ingredients. Not only are they fuss-free, but they also allow each ingredient to shine rather than be all muddled together. We have quite a few minimalist recipes on our site, but these are the ones you love the most — and they all call for just two or three ingredients.

Brown butter, vinegar, and Dijon mustard join forces to make an irresistible sauce that's wonderful used as a vinaigrette for salads, drizzled over roasted vegetables, or even tossed with pasta.

Combine three things that are quite tasty on their own — peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey — and you know the results will win. This dip is an easy way to add a little protein to a snack of fresh fruit.

Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt together and you suddenly have a moist dough that cooks up tender flatbreads that are great used for sandwiches or for dipping.

Remember this quick sauce when your fridge is sparse, and you'll be rewarded. White wine, butter, and Parmesan cheese add simple luxury to a box of regular old spaghetti.

This minimalist yogurt dip comes together in just a few seconds, which makes it the ultimate pick for last-minute snacking situations.

Reach for store-bought zucchini noodles and pesto and you've got a comforting, wholesome lunch or dinner at your fingers in next to no time.

These gluten- and dairy-free pancakes come together magically with just a banana and two eggs. It seems almost too good to be true, but it's not.

The juice of roasted lemons and plenty of roasted garlic are blended together with olive oil to make a fragrant sauce that's great used as a dipping sauce for veggies or drizzled over chicken or fish.
