Advent calendars are a great way to count down the days until Christmas finally arrives, and while they're made primarily for kids, we've been seeing a lot of advent calendars popping up that are a bit more, ahem, adult (read: advent calendars that are filled with beer or bottles of whiskey!). Talk about holiday cheer.

Master of Malt, for example, sells advent calendars, which have a shot of different whiskies, vodkas, gins, and more for each of the days leading up to December 25, but at more than $100, they're pretty pricey.

Deck the halls in your own way by snatching up one of these cute tree-shaped advent calendars and filling up the drawers with mini bottles of booze purchased at your local liquor store.

You can mix and match different kinds of liquors or keep it all to one kind (whiskey, vodka, gin, etc.). Then all you have to do is decide if you want to keep it for yourself or give it to your Secret Santa.
