Disney’s Brand-New Hot Cocoa Drinks Are for Adults Only — Food News

November 30, 2017

If you thought boozy Dole Whip was the best thing to hit Disney's whimsical menu, then you may want to sit down for this news. To welcome the new season, the most magical place on earth has just dropped not one, but three spiked cocoas just in time for the holidays.

Arriving at Dockside Diner and Fairfax Fare at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida, the brand new, boozed-up hot chocolates are part of the park's Flurry of Fun celebration. They include a rich hot chocolate martini made with whipped cream-flavored vodka, a decadent black-cherry bourbon hot chocolate, and a sweet-and-savory Bailey's salted caramel cocoa.

Each drink can be ordered individually for about $9, or as a flight (three smaller versions) for about $11. But honestly, where's the fun in ordering just one? Especially when there's also a Peppermint White Russian, a Winterberry Cooler, and the Let It Glow concoction (a mix of vodka, blue-raspberry carbonated slush, and a glowing ice cube) at nearby eateries and bars around Echo Lake.

While you're there, you can also score red velvet whoopie pies — in the shape of a mini tree! — and gingerbread cookie pops with Mickey ears, of course. All of these treats are so festive, they'll get even your grinchy-est family members into the holiday spirit.
