This 3-Ingredient Kombucha Cocktail Is Calling Your Name — Delicious Links
If you like to have a post-work cocktail during the week but don't want to fuss much with fancy tools and ingredients, this super-easy cocktail is a perfect choice. It comes together quickly and delivers a fizzy kick, thanks to ginger kombucha.
This twist on the Dark & Stormy swaps the usual ginger beer for ginger kombucha. You still get all the fizzy, ginger-flavored goodness, but with the added benefit of some good-for-your-gut probiotics.
The key here, since this recipe has so few ingredients, is to use a good-quality dark rum. Heidi of 101 Cookbooks suggests Gosling's Black Seal rum, but you can go with whatever dark rum you like best. The point is that there's not much to mask it, so choose something you like the taste of!
Mixing this cocktail couldn't be easier, either — there are no fancy bar tools required. Simply pour the rum into a tall, straight-sided glass, add a squeeze of lime juice, and then top it off with ice and the kombucha. I'll cheers to that!
