Coming to Netflix

This was originally supposed to come out in December, but got pushed back to January. If you love Chopped, then you need to check out this show. The best chefs in Korea battle to create the most interesting dishes. The show has English subtitles.

  • Like Water for Chocolate (January 1)

Food is never just food. There's a history, there's place, and there's also intention. In this sultry movie, Titra and Pedro are passionately in love, but it's forbidden. Pedro marries Titra's sister to be near her, and Titra, as the family cook, cooks for Pedro to express her love.

  • Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (January 1)

The classic children's movie is back this month for your viewing pleasure.

In this new documentary from Netflix, highlights the mysteries and business of the food supply that makes up grocery stores, restaurants, and more. I'm personally very excited to watch this.

  • Somebody Feed Phil (January 12)

If you love Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown, then this new show might be for you. Follow the creator of "Everyone Loves Raymond," Phil Rosenthal, as he travels around the world and eats food and meets people.

Coming to Hulu

We learned a lot about Ina Garten in 2017, and 2018 is off to an excellgarten start thanks to Hulu.

This show is on its 14th season right now, but Hulu is letting us back in on the first couple seasons this month. There's still time to catch up, right?
