It's no secret that salmon is a favorite among many home cooks. It's healthy, it's versatile, and it's readily available. The most popular iteration on Pinterest (where it has been pinned over 267,000 times this year alone) isn't overly fussy or difficult to make — it's just delicious.

Kraft's wrapped salmon with spinach and feta is clearly inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, but isn't so powerfully seasoned that it's too much for those cautious about trying new foods.

Spinach, feta, and Greek salad dressing are smothered on salmon that is then wrapped in phyllo dough. The salmon packages are baked until the phyllo is crispy, the feta is creamy, and the salmon is flaky. The dish is served with a creamy cucumber and dill sauce.
