Make-Ahead Smoothie Packs: Peach-Raspberry Smoothie — Make-Ahead Smoothie Kits
If you want to start your day with the sweet taste of summer all year long, these frozen peach-raspberry smoothie kits are always a good place to start. Sunny stone fruit and jewel-toned berries are partnered with a surprising ingredient (hint: it's a vegetable) for a subtly sweet smoothie with an extra-creamy texture.
What to Add to This Smoothie Kit
This kit comes together with peaches, raspberries, and cauliflower, plus a liquid of your choice when it's time to blend. Here's what you'll need.
sliced peaches + raspberries + frozen cauliflower
Before adding the ingredients, I think it's most helpful to label the bag with the name of the smoothie and what you'll need to add when you blend it up (more on that below!). For each smoothie kit, to a freezer bag add the following ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup sliced raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
The frozen cauliflower gives the smoothie a creamy consistency and thick texture. If you want to keep things as quick and convenient as possible, start with a store-bought bag of frozen cauliflower, otherwise prep a head of cauliflower and add it right to the bag. Remember you can also wash and reuse your freezer bags.
Here's How to Blend It Up
For each smoothie, add about 1 cup of coconut water of any type of milk (dairy or non-dairy) to the blender. Dump in the smoothie kit and blend.
