When it comes to celebrity families, we don't always see the most positive picture painted. Most celebrity families seem a little outlandish in all the wrong ways (you know the ones I'm talking about), but for some reason folks still flock to them.

I'm the type of person who is more enamored of celebrities who seem to work incessantly hard at their family relationships as they do their business. Jamie Oliver and his crew are pretty much at the top of that list.

Most of the time on social media, famous families — including those in the food world — don't really show us the whole picture. We see the happy moments and business success without the the quarrels and struggles that everyone else has. Let's be clear: Just because you're a famous doesn't mean you're exempt from being scolded for leaving dirty socks on the floor.

That's why I'm a huge fan of Jamie Oliver's Instagram feed. It's filled with food, experiences, travel, friends, and of course his totally adorable family. To me, food is love and feeding the ones I love is always the best part of the job or chore of cooking.

Currently, in addition to his adorable family and fantastic food, Oliver's Instagram is sporting all sorts of inspiring photos of kids cooking up a storm from the recipes in his new book, 5 Ingredients, Quick and Easy Food. The book features simple food that kids can get, so what are we waiting for? Oh wait, we're still distracted by photos of scruffy Jamie Oliver ... sigh.
