This recipe couldn’t be any easier! Print out the complete recipe at the end of this post.
All you have to do is combine all of the marinade ingredients in a large zip baggie and swoosh it around with your hands to mix it together. Add the pork chops to the bag and move them around to coat them with the marinade.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes and up to 8 hours.
When ready to finish the chops, bake them on a baking sheet with marinade drizzled over at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking time, turn on the broiler and broil the tops of the hoisin and honey glazed chops for 2 to 5 minutes until they are properly caramelized.
Serve topped with pan juices. Sprinkle a little fresh parsley on top, if you’d like. That just makes it pretty. Steamed green beans and rice round out the meal.
These pork chops turn out tender and moist. The flavor is fabulous. Everyone should be happy with this one. Enjoy!
